Two babies, safe and dry. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of their mothers.
But we had lots of fun regardless. 🙂
Look at the bounty I came home with!

Wow! Berry impressive – lacking green fingers and a garden, I’m waiting for the blackberries 🙂
My fruit was so wet & soggy! The raspberries really suffered, but they quickly became delicious jam. Hope you enjoyed yours – I had such a great time! Must do it again (although in less precipitation maybe) 🙂
I’m local(ish) (Sutton Courtenay) and am desperate to know where you got the lavender – was it PYO?
We were at Rectory Farm in Stanton St John. The lavender is local, and can be bought by the bunch at the farm shop. I think it was less than £3. certainly buying some was a no-brainer for me. 😉
